The overall condition of this 2004 Glastron GS279 is good both inside and out. The owner had just finished the initial clean-up on the day of the photo shoot after the boat was recently pulled for the winter. The carpet was already removed and put in dry storage to eliminate chances of mildew and mold. The mooring cover and canvas were sent to the upholstery shop for cleaning and seam repairs so the new owner will be steps ahead of others starting the 2021 season. All the mechanicals are in working order and well kept, especially for a 16 yr. old boat. The engine compartment is roomy enough to get in there and take care of anything that is needed. While there is some fading and peeling of the logoed area of the seats, overall the upholstery is in good shape with no rips or tears. The exterior graphics are in good shape with no excessive fading or peeling noticed during the shoot. The tires are new within the last 2 years and have plenty of tread life left, even some of the dimples remain on the sidewall. That said, the new owner will want to monitor them for wear though as there was some slight sidewall cracking beginning to show (see pictures).
